STANDARD PETROL IS CHANGING! Know Your Fuel. Standard petrol is changing to E10. In summer 2021, the standard petrol grade in the UK will become E10. The introduction of E10 petrol will help reduce CO2 emissions associated with petrol vehicles. All petrol cars manufactured after 2011 can use E10, but compatibility of older vehicles should be checked online.
